The owner of the center wanted to have something to add some colour and interest onto the fence surrounding the property. As residents have a walkway past the fence and bedroom windows look out over the fence, she wanted something that would remind them of home, create a sense of peace and incorporate native plants and birds, while recognizing the Pasifika community that frequent the center.
